These terms cover the PixiCall website and waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. It doesn't guarantee access, a launch date, or a price. Founder pricing, if offered, will be set out in writing when you are invited, and you can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@pixicall.com.
Using the website
Don't misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to break or overload it, and no false details in the forms. Content on the site, including pricing and comparisons, is information, not an offer, and may change before launch.
When the service opens
Businesses that create an account will accept full service terms at sign-up. In short: PixiCall provides a virtual receptionist. It does not provide medical, legal, or emergency services. You stay responsible for your forwarding setup, your staff, and the facts you give the agent. Trials last 14 days. Plans renew monthly or yearly in USD or CAD until you cancel.
No warranty
The site is provided as is during early access. To the extent the law allows, PixiCall is not liable for indirect losses from using the site or the waitlist.
