Data processing agreement
Last updated:
This summary describes how PixiCall will process caller data for business customers once accounts open. Customers can ask for a signed copy at hello@pixicall.com.
PixiCall processes caller data only on the business's instructions and only to answer calls, book appointments, take messages, and send the texts the business turns on. Subprocessors are listed on their own page, and we give notice before adding a new one.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it. We notify affected customers without undue delay after we confirm a breach. When an account is deleted, its call data is deleted.
Medical customers in the United States need a business associate agreement (BAA) with PixiCall and its vendors before going live.
