Acceptable use

This policy applies to every business that uses PixiCall once accounts open.

Do not use PixiCall for unlawful calls, harassment, or spam. Do not use it to collect card numbers, Social Security or social insurance numbers, health-card numbers, or bank details. Do not ask the agent to impersonate a real person or to hide that it is an AI.

We may pause an account that breaks this policy and will tell the owner why. Report misuse to hello@pixicall.com.
